MASTCOM Workflow Automation
An internal tool that helps authorized MASTCOM staff research company leads, record findings, prepare Gmail drafts for human review, and track replies.
What the application does
Staff place company leads in a designated Google Sheet. The workflow reads those rows, asks Dify to research the company, and writes the result to the designated Sheet and MASTCOM's CRM in Supabase. For approved, not-yet-contacted leads with an email address, it can create a Gmail draft for staff to review. A separate workflow can detect replies and update follow-up status.
The current workflows do not automatically send email. Staff decide whether a draft should be sent.
Google data used
The application uses the Google Sheets and Gmail access granted by an authorized user. It reads and updates designated Sheets, creates Gmail drafts, and reads reply messages needed for follow-up. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Who may use it
