Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MASTCOM Workflow Automation handles data granted through Google Sheets and Gmail by authorized users.

Operator and purpose

MASTCOM operates this internal application for lead research and customer follow-up. Access is intended for authorized MASTCOM staff.

Data the application accesses

From designated Google Sheets, it reads and updates lead fields such as company name, website, market, customer need, business contact details, analysis result, approval, and outreach status. From Gmail, it can create draft messages and read incoming messages and thread information needed to identify replies. The Gmail permission granted to the application may technically allow broader mail actions; the current workflows create drafts and monitor replies, and do not automatically send email.

How data is used and shared

Company name, website, market, and customer need from the lead Sheet are sent to Dify for company research. Selected lead and analysis fields are stored in the MASTCOM CRM on Supabase. The current workflows do not send Gmail message content to Dify or Supabase. Google Sheets and Gmail continue to process their own data under Google's terms. MASTCOM does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, and does not use Gmail content to train a general-purpose AI model.

Storage and access

The workflow runs on a MASTCOM-controlled Tencent Cloud server in Singapore. CRM lead records are stored in Supabase. Authorized staff and the application credentials required for these workflows can access the relevant data. Workflow execution records may temporarily contain processed data for troubleshooting. Lead records and execution records are kept while needed for the stated business purpose and are removed by an administrator when no longer needed or following a valid deletion request, subject to applicable obligations. Google retains data in the user's Google account according to Google's settings and policies.

Your choices and deletion requests

An authorized user may revoke the application's Google access in their Google Account settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of data held by MASTCOM, contact w18649690947@gmail.com. We will review the request and delete or correct data under our control where appropriate. Revoking access stops future access but does not automatically delete records already copied to the CRM or workflow logs; contact us to request their deletion.

Changes

If the application begins using Google data for a materially different purpose, MASTCOM will update this policy and obtain any consent required before that use. The latest version will be available at this address.
