Terms of Use

MASTCOM Workflow Automation is an internal tool for authorized MASTCOM staff.

Authorized use

Use the application only with accounts and company data that MASTCOM has authorized you to use. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and appropriateness of lead research, email drafts, and follow-up records before acting on them.

Human review of communications

The application can create Gmail drafts for review. It does not make a decision to send an email on a staff member's behalf in its current configuration. A staff member must review and decide whether to send any communication.

Data and availability

Use of Google Sheets and Gmail depends on the relevant Google account authorization. Third-party services used for research and CRM may have their own terms. See the Privacy Policy for data handling details. MASTCOM may update or suspend this internal application as needed for security or operations.
